How do I pay?
By MTN or Airtel mobile money, or by Visa or Mastercard, in Uganda shillings. With mobile money you get a prompt on your phone and approve it with your PIN; your plan starts the moment the payment goes through.
Will you charge me automatically?
No. Plans are prepaid for a month or a year and nothing is taken from your account without you approving it. We email you 3 days before your plan ends so you can renew in a minute. Renewing early adds the new period on top, so you never lose days.
What happens if I don't renew?
Everything keeps working for 3 more days. After that your account moves to the Free plan: your brands and past reports stay, and the paid features pause until you renew.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time: simply don't renew. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for. There is no contract and nothing to switch off.
Can I switch between Pro and Agency?
Yes. A switch starts a fresh period on the new plan from the day you pay; unused time on the old plan isn't carried over, so switching near the end of a period is best.
We're an agency. How does Agency work?
Agency covers up to 10 client brands, each with the full Pro treatment, and puts your agency's name and logo on reports, PDFs and emails. Each brand gets a private link you can share with your client. Need more brands or an invoice? ask@ferventcreatives.com
