How we handle your data

Last updated 21 September 2026

The short version

Everything you enter is used for one purpose: preparing and delivering your brand audit, and following up with you about it. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third parties for their marketing.

What we collect

  • Your name, work email, and optionally your role and phone number.
  • Your brand name, website, industry, market and a short description.
  • Links to your public social profiles and Google Business Profile.
  • Your logo, if you upload one.
  • Names and links of the competitors you want to be benchmarked against.

If you start the form but do not finish it, we keep what you entered so you can pick up where you left off and so our team can offer to help.

How it is used

The audit reads publicly available information about the channels you list, scores it, and writes a report. The report is emailed to you and saved at a private link so you can return to it or share it. Our team receives a copy so we can follow up if you would like a deeper review.

Who processes it on our behalf

Running the audit relies on a small number of service providers, each bound by their own data-processing terms:

  • Apify, to read the public pages and profiles you link to.
  • An AI model, accessed through Vercel AI Gateway, to score the collected facts and write the narrative.
  • Supabase, to store audits and contact details.
  • Resend, to send the report and notification emails.
  • Vercel, which hosts this application.

None of these providers may use your data for their own purposes.

Your report link

Each report lives at a private, unguessable link that is not indexed by search engines. Anyone you share the link with can view the report, including your name and brand name, so share it as you would a PDF.

Retention and your choices

We keep audits and contact details so you can return to your report and so we can follow up. Email ask@ferventcreatives.com at any time to have your audit and details deleted, or to ask anything about this note.
