Refund policy

The short version
Try a paid plan without risk: if it is not for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment and, as long as no full audit has run on the plan, we refund you in full. After that, payments are not refunded, but your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. We never charge you automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
Your first payment
You can get a full refund of your first payment for a paid plan (Pro or Agency, monthly or annual) if you ask within 7 days of paying and no full audit has been run on that plan yet. Once a full audit has run, we have incurred the cost of producing it, so this refund no longer applies.
Renewals and part periods
Each renewal is a payment you choose to make, so renewals are not refundable, and we do not refund the unused part of a month or year. When you stop renewing, your plan stays active until its paid-until date and then moves to the Free plan.
Renewed by mistake? Tell us within 48 hours. If no full audit has run since that payment, we will refund it.
Payment problems
If you were charged twice, or your money left your account but your plan was not activated, we will either activate your plan or refund the payment in full. These cases are not limited to 7 days.
If the service is down or audits keep failing because of a fault on our side and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will extend your paid-until date to make up for the time lost, or refund the affected period.
How to ask for a refund
Email ask@ferventcreatives.com from your account email with the payment date, the amount, and the mobile money number or card you paid with. We reply within 2 business days and send approved refunds within 10 business days, through ioTec Pay to the same mobile money number or card you paid with.
Done-for-you work
Work you ask Fervent to carry out for you (for example through “Have Fervent do it”) is quoted and billed separately, and its refund terms are set out in that quote.
